Yoga is a great way to balance body and mind, as well as strengthening muscles, gaining more flexibility and working on a good posture.


I will give you some ideas how Yoga can be done in a fun and playful way. A lot will be explored through stories, games and music. Various ways of how to introduce mindfulness to students will be discovered as well.
