Incorporating non-linear motion into your PE practice

Wyatt Franz // ISG-Jubail School
12:00 to 13:00
Room/Location:

Most activities children participate in are non-linear. Whether it's chasing one another, avoiding contact, or moving around objects, they rotate, change direction, jump, or reach high and low in non-linear fashion. The objective of this session is to demonstrate and practice non-linear movement patterns through warm-ups, drills, games, which can be incorporated into any Physical Education program.
